How can I participate?

In order to participate in the party you need to have a membership, which has to be valid at the date of the event.
If your membership expires after June 8th 2022, then you can proceed and book by clicking on PARTICIPATE IN THE PARTY.
Otherwise, you have to buy the Be Me Party 2022 Digital Card. It is available only this membership.

For safety reasons, the places reserved for disabled people for the "Be Me" Official Fan Club party, which will take place on June 8 2022 at the Arena Campovolo (Reggio Emilia), have finished.

N.B: It is important to book at the event by clicking here below PARTICIPATE IN THE PARTY.
You can’t participate in the event if you don’t book to the specific section.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE BE ME PARTY 2022?

To attend the party you must have a valid membership as of June 8h, 2022 and proceed to make a named reservation for the event on the dedicated page.

Once you made the reservation, the system will emit a ticket, which has to be compulsory shown at the entrance of the location on the day of the event.

CAN I BOOK THE PARTICIPATION AT THE BE ME PARTY 2022 FOR OTHER PEOPLE WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

No, you cannot. As a matter of public order, everyone must buy their own personal membership and with that book themselves to get their own personal ticket.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR UNDERAGE PEOPLE?

Minors that are 11 years old and older must join the Fan Club by purchasing the Be Me Party 2022 Digital Card membership at 20 €.

For children from 0 to 10 years old, the Baby membership has been restored at 10 €.

As a matter of public order, anyone who access to the event must have a regular ticket; therefore, it is necessary that each child is subscribed with the Baby membership and has been registered to the party reservation to receive their ticket.

When you book the BE ME PARTY 2022 there is a flag to be selected if you are underage and therefore entitled to have a companion. The companion is not obliged to subscribe to the Fan Club to access the event, but their name must be indicated in the specific form to allow the regular emission of the ticket, which will be sent to the subscriber email a later date of the reservation.

For security reasons and as a matter of physical security of the minor, it is forbidden the access to the event to children below 12 months and, in any case, we highly do not recommend bringing children under the age of 4 to the Event. The entrance to the Event’s location for children under the age of 4 it is at the entire risk of the parents or the person having parental authority.

Children must put on earmuffs or protective tools for the ears.

Prams, stroller, car seats and similar equipments are not allowed inside the location of the event.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN OR WOMEN WITH INFANTS?

It is not permitted the access and the participation in the event to women who have passed the 36th pregnancy week.

For security reasons and as a matter of physical security of the minor, it is forbidden the access to the event to children below 12 months and, in any case, we highly do not recommend bringing children under the age of 4 to the event.

In any case, the pregnant woman that decides to participate in the event does so at her own risk, without any responsibility of the organizers and the Fan Club.

IS THERE A LIMIT OF SEATS FOR BE ME PARTY 2022?

At the moment the Italian law states that in outdoor areas the capacity is 75% of the total of the location. The RCF Arena Campovolo of Reggio Emilia has a very high maximum capacity, so in light of current regulations there are no problems.

SEATING OR STANDING?

There are standing places except for 36 seats reserved exclusively to people with disabilities.
