Where can I buy the membership?
You can join the Laura Pausini Official Fan Club only via Internet.
The application through membership forms contained in the CDs is no longer valid and payment via bank transfers or postal orders are not accepted.
How can I subscribe to the Fan Club?
I HAVE NEVER BEEN A MEMBER OF THE FAN CLUB. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO JOIN?
If you want to become a member of the Fan Club you have to go to www.laura4u.com, select the REGISTER button to register to the website and then log in with your credentials – which you received in the email given at the time of registration – in the LOGIN form.
Then select the 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital Card membership and proceed with the purchase by adding the item to the cart. Once the operation is completed you will be correctly registered to the Fan Club.
I WANT TO RENEW
I ALREADY AM A MEMBER OF THE FAN CLUB WITH AN OLD MEMBERSHIP BUT I WANT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Go to www.laura4u.com and enter the credentials received via email in the LOGIN section.
At this point just purchase the 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital Card and proceed by adding the item to the cart.
Once the operation is completed, you will be properly registered to the Fan Club for a period of 365 days to be added to the remaining days of the previous registration that had not yet expired.
I WANT TO RENEW
I WAS REGISTERED TO THE FAN CLUB BUT MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You need to register to our new website.
Then you have to select the REGISTER button to log in to the site and insert your credentials – received in the email indicated at the time of registration – in the LOGIN section.
Then you have to select the 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital Card and proceed with the purchase by adding the item to the cart.
Once the operation is completed you will be a member of the Fan Club.
Please take in consideration that for privacy reasons we can’t keep your account data after the natural expiration of the membership.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE 2 OR MORE 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital CardS WITH MY ACCOUNT?
Each 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital Card issued counts as a Fan Club membership: it is valid for 365 days and it is personal.
For example: if I personally buy 2 memberships, the days of validity of the first one will be added to the second, so I will be a Fan Club’s member for 2 years.
WHERE DO I FIND MY DIGITAL CARD?
When you buy the 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital Card you will receive two emails: in one you will find the purchase confirmation and the exclusive photo of Laura; in the other one you will find the personal digital card. There is NO PDF card available.
IS THERE ONLY ONE MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE?

At the moment there is only one membership available: 30th ANNIVERSARY Digital Card
For children who have from 0 to 10 years old, the Baby membership has been restored.
The previous memberships (Baby, Low Cost, Silver, Silver Deluxe, Gold, Platinum e Diamond) are still valid for those who have already subscribed with them and they have the same advantages as the new membership until the usual expiration of the card.
Duration of the subscription
The subscription lasts one year; once the subscription period has expired the member can choose whether to renew it or not and s/he can decide independently:
– when to renew (in case of renewal before the natural expiry date, the remaining days will be added to the new period so that no days of validity are lost.);
– to change the type of membership.
The Fan Club membership gives right to the following benefits:
– the visit to the Fan Club headquarters;
– participation in various activities that could be proposed by the Fan Club throughout the year (participation as audience of TV/Radio programs or other promotional events);
– participation in the Fan Club activities and in the possible Fan Club Party with the presence of Laura to be held wherever and/or whenever possible (depending on Artist’s commitments)
– the purchase of tickets of the Artist ‘s concert through exclusive presale;
– advanced and dedicated entrance, wherever/whenever it is possible, on occasion of Laura’s Tours, to participate in the sound check independently on Laura’s presence;
– the purchase of items from the Official Store at lower prices than those who don’t have a valid membership.
Change of the membership during the year
You cannot change the type of membership during the subscription period. Instead, you can freely evaluate an alternative plan to the current one when renewing the membership.
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping costs are fixed and they are equal to:
- 10 € in Italy
- 20 € in Europe
- 40 € in the rest of the world
The average time of order processing (delivery of the parcel by us to the courier) may vary from 24 to 72 hours.
In addition to the order processing time, the courier service takes 48-72 hours in Europe and 10-15 days in the rest of the world.
Which couriers we rely on
For shippings in Italy we rely on SDA and Bartolini.
For shippings in EU countries we rely on Bartolini.
For shipping in the rest of the world we rely on Italian posts and Crono Internazionale
Return and Refund
Refund & Membership
In case of withdrawal, the user will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid reduced proportionally to the remaining period of the membership duration.
The non-exercise of the refund right under the terms set out above will constitute the acceptance of the changes adopted by the Fan Club.
Our return policy
Cancellation of your order and claims for returns and refund regarding any item purchased on the Site must be made in the following way.
a) Claims concerning possible returns of goods must be made within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer by means of a request to be sent to the following e-mail addresses: email@example.com.
b) The products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging at customer’s charge.

GENTE will verify whether the returned products are effectively in original condition being entitled to ask for damages in case of any damage or non correspondence with the products delivered to the customer. GENTE shall not be liable for any item returned being lost, misdirected or delivered late, the customer assuming all shipping risks.
Which are the products excluded from returns
The return right can not be exercised in the case of:
- cds, dvds or other products delivered with SIAE seal, opened by the consumer;
- Laura Pausini Official Store gift vouchers
Defects of the returned product
If the returned product has defects, even minor, found at the time of return, Gente reserves the right to reduce the value of the refund to compensate for damage found on the product.
How to order
In order to proceed to the purchase, you have to register to the website; therefore, you don’t have to subscribe to the Fan Club.
If you have already a Laura4U account, you only have to click on “Log in” and enter the email address and password chosen during the registration process. If you are a new customer you will need to register.
If you subscribe to the Fan Club, you will have discounted prices for in-store product purchases.
After you have chosen the product, select, if requested, the size and then click on “add to cart”.
Later, add further products in the same way or click on “proceed to checkout”.
During order finalization confirm your shipping address. Pay attention to inserting the name that the courier will find on the doorbell in the “additional information” section.
Methods of payment
You can use the following payment methods:
We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfer or cash payment.
When your item is in the cart you can select if you want to pay with PayPal or Satispay.
Those who need to pay by credit card must proceed by selecting PayPal: if you have a PayPal account proceed by entering your credentials.
If you do not have a PayPal account you can select payment by card and then enter your card details to proceed with the payment. Below you find the card circuits accepted by PayPal: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover.
If you choose this method of payment, you will be directed to the PayPal website.
If you have already a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email address and password and confirm the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can proceed with a host account or create one.
The payment will be registered in a few minutes and your order will be immediately processed.
Fan Club discounted price
In order to have the discounted prices reserved to the Fan Club members, you only have to log in regularly with the credentials you used during the Membership subscription.
Log in to the new website for those who have already subscribed to the Fan Club
If you are already a Fan Club member and it is the first time that you log in to the new Laura4u website, you will have to update the password of your account. Log in to the website with your credentials and click on “My account”, then click on “change password”.
Change of your data
Log in to your account and click on “My account”.
In this page you can change your name and surname, your address and the email linked to your acccount and enter you phone number.
Recover your password
If you have forgot your password, click on “request a password” and follow the procedure that you will find in your email.

If you want to stay up to date on the last news, you can subscribe to the Newsletter by flagging on the “Subscribe to the newsletter” box during the registration process on the website or by directly going to the “Subscribe to our newsletter” section.
